Join our dynamic team as a City Youth Intern and be a key player in creating impactful experiences for our youth community!

Position: City Youth Intern
Duration: 35 hrs/week for 8 weeks
Offer: Conditional upon government funding approval

Requirements:
Age: 15-30 at the start of employment
Provide 2 references
Undergo Vulnerable Sector Screening
Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee protection under Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for employment duration

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Youth Director in planning and executing youth activities
Assist in set up/tear down for City Youth weekly meetings
Focus on planning/implementing Summer City Youth events (retreats, drop-ins, lock-ins)
Regularly connect with Youth Director for mentoring and planning
Attend assigned meetings and contribute to Sunday morning activities
Handle administrative tasks: inputting information on PCO, sending newsletters, managing social media
Assist in overall building tasks
