What if my child can only attend part of the week?

City Kids Camp is designed as a week-long immersive experience, and we highly encourage that campers attend the full week to benefit from the planned activities. We want to make sure they are able to build community, relationships and also familiarity in what may be a brand-new environment for them.

However, if they are able to attend 4 days out of 5, we encourage you to still sign them up!

When is drop-off and pick-up time?

Drop-off time is at 8:45AM. We take the safety of our City Kids seriously and want to ensure a smooth transition as they enter the building!

Pick-up time is at 12:00PM, at the back parking lot of the church. We ask that you please park your car near the front of the church, and walk over to pick up your child to ensure everyone’s safety.

Will meals be provided?

Since this is a half-day program, breakfast and lunch will not be provided. However, we will be providing light refreshments and snacks in between sessions! We ask all parents to have their kids carry their own reusable water bottle as it will be a necessity throughout the day.

What will my kids need to bring?

A backpack that contains:

  • change of clothes (accidents and spills may occur)
  • water bottle
  • hat

*kids are encouraged to wear their camp t-shirt for the week*

Can I attend Camp with my kids?

We kindly ask that no parents enter the camp unless they are already volunteering for Wonder. All our volunteers undergo specific safety, training, and screening in order to manage and care for our little ones. If you have a special request, please email [email protected] so we may accommodate ahead of time.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand that plans may change, while we do accept cancellations, it’s important to note that City Kids Camp has limited spots available. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once a spot is reserved due to the high demand and restricted availability. We kindly ask that you double-check your calendars to ensure your child will be able to attend the full week.

What is your policy regarding photography and media?

New families are asked for signed permission allowing The City Church to take photos/videos of children for promotional purposes.

The City Church reserves the right to use photos and video captured onsite. If a parent does not want their children’s photos posted online, please let the Kids Camp team know ahead of time so we can notify our photographers.
